Nearly everything we build began as somebody describing a room over the phone. If it is not in the catalog, that is not a no. It is just a conversation we have not had yet.

However much you know so far is enough to start. We will fill in the rest with you.
What we can actually change.
- Any dimension: length, width, height, overhang, thickness of the top.
- Any base style, in wood or steel, matched to a top you have already chosen.
- Species we do not stock. We run our own sawmill, so we can mill it on request.
- Your own tree, milled and dried here. That is a Legacy Project.
- Pieces that are not tables at all: mantels, benches, butcher block, barn doors, hand-routed signs.

What happens next
Four steps, and no sales pipeline in sight
You are talking to the two people who will build it. There is nobody to escalate to, which is the point.

We answer fast
We respond within 24 hours. Shop hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We ask more questions
Room dimensions, how many people you seat, what your floors and cabinets look like, and when you need it. The more you tell us up front, the fewer rounds it takes.

We quote it honestly
A real number for a real build, including the delivery to your address. If what you want is not a good idea in wood, we will say so before you pay for it.

Then we build it
Typical build time is 4–10 weeks from confirmation. That is an estimate that moves with the queue, not a guarantee.
Before you order, it is worth reading our cosmetic standard and the refund policy. Handcrafted solid wood behaves differently to catalog furniture, and all sales are final.
