Designer & Trade Program
Furniture your client cannot find anywhere else.
Work with us direct. Trade pricing or commission, samples for your studio, drawings your contractor can read, and a shop that answers the phone.
Why designers call us
One family, one shop, and a working sawmill behind every spec
We are a father and son with a sawmill, a vacuum kiln, and a shop in Wolfe City. When you specify one of our tops, your client is not buying furniture off a container. They are buying a board somebody stood over and read before cutting.
- 01
Trade pricing or commission, your choice
Buy at trade pricing and bill your client yourself, or send the client to us and take a commission on the finished build. Your client pays the same either way. We quote your terms when we talk.
- 02
A sample kit for your studio
Wood species, stains, edge profiles, and finish sheens, in your hands. Your client picks from real wood instead of a screen.
- 03
Specs you can hand to a contractor
Dimensioned drawings, species and finish callouts, weight, and clearance notes. Everything the install crew needs before the top arrives on site.
- 04
Your name on it, not ours
No stamps, no tags, no marketing inserts in the delivery. If you want us in the room we will come. If you want us invisible, we are invisible.
- 05
One shop, start to finish
We mill the log, dry it in our own vacuum kiln, and build the piece under one roof in Wolfe City. Nothing gets subcontracted out and quietly changed.
- 06
Dates we actually hold
Build time is 4–10 weeks from approved drawings. If a job is running late you will hear it from us first, not from your client.
What we build for you
Tops, blocks, and statement pieces, sized to the room you are working in

Dining and conference tops
Solid hardwood, live edge or straight, in any length the room will take. Bases in wood or steel.

Butcher block and countertops
Island tops, perimeter runs, and backsplash milled to your cabinet drawings, not to catalog widths.

Statement and casegoods
Barn doors, mantels, floating shelves, wall panels, and built-in tops sized to the opening you have.
How a job runs
Four steps, and you are only in the room for two of them
- 1
You send the brief
Dimensions, species, finish direction, and the date it has to be in the house. A photo of the space helps more than anything.
- 2
We price it and draw it
A real number within two business days, then a shop drawing for you or your client to approve. Nothing is cut until it is signed off.
- 3
We build and photograph it
You get progress photos you can forward to the client. Use them on your own feed if you like, with or without our name.
- 4
We deliver and set it
Local jobs we carry in ourselves. Out of state goes curbside freight, crated, with your install crew briefed ahead of time.

Where we work
North Texas in the truck, the lower 48 on a pallet
We are about an hour and fifteen minutes northeast of Dallas. For jobs inside that radius we will come measure the space ourselves.
Before you ask
The questions designers ask us first
Do you work from my drawings?
Yes. Send a sketch, a CAD file, or a photo with dimensions written on it. We will come back with a shop drawing to approve before anything is cut.
Can my client visit the shop?
We like it when they do. Bring them to Wolfe City, walk the mill and the kiln, and let them put a hand on the wood. It closes jobs better than any brochure.
What about a client who wants their own tree used?
That is our Legacy Project work and it is the strongest story you can hand a client. The log comes to our mill, and we saw it, dry it, and build from it.
How do deposits work on trade jobs?
Half at approved drawings, the balance before delivery. On commission jobs your payment goes out when the piece ships.
Do you deliver and install?
We deliver across Texas and freight to the lower 48. For local jobs we will carry it in and set it where it goes.
What if the piece is wrong?
If it does not match the approved drawing, we make it right at our cost. That has to be true or none of the rest of this is worth anything to you.
Join the trade program
Tell us your firm, the kind of work you take on, and what you are trying to source right now. There is no application fee and no minimum order.
Or skip the form and call Daniel.
You will get one of the two people who will actually build your piece, not a rep reading from a catalog. If we are on the mill we will call you back within 24 hours.

One more thing worth knowing
Your client already has the best piece in the house standing in their yard.
If there is a tree on the property, we can turn it into the table. It is the one thing no showroom in Dallas can quote against, and it is the easiest yes you will ever get from a client.
