Building for a Rockwall room specifically
The same table is right in one house and wrong in the next. This is what we change, and why.
A lake house has a humidity problem that an inland house does not, and it is the reason we will not sell you a table that has not been through our kiln properly. Wood that was air dried, or dried fast and badly, moves when it sits fifty feet from open water. Ours comes down to furniture grade moisture content under vacuum, evenly, and that is the single technical reason a Rockwall table from us stays flat when a cheaper one cups.

Is there a tree on the property?
If one came down in a storm, or one is coming out for a pool or an addition, we would rather look at the log than hear it went to the chipper. Bring it to our mill and we saw it, dry it in our kiln, and build it into the piece for the house it grew beside. Send us a photo first and we will tell you if there is a table in it.
